Can I charge the iPad while using Sketchboard Pro?
Yep! You can charge while using the Sketchboard Pro thanks to a port for your charging cable on the underside! Charging is supported with Sketchboard Pro in standing and flat positions.
Do I need to remove my other case?
The Sketchboard Pro is designed to be the most seamless connection with your iPad. Other cases or skins applied to the back of your iPad do need to be removed before inserting the iPad into the Sketchboard Pro otherwise they may damage the Sketchboard.
What iPad models do you support?
The Sketchboard Pro supports over 30 iPad models including all iPads that support the Apple Pencil except for the iPad Mini.
Can I charge the iPad while using Sketchboard Pro?
Yep! You can charge while using the Sketchboard Pro thanks to a port for your charging cable on the underside! Charging is supported with Sketchboard Pro in standing and flat positions.
What about drawing in portrait orientation?
The Sketchboard Pro was designed to be easy to rotate and use in your lap, on a drawing desk, propped against a table edge, or on an easel. Additional portrait legs enable the Sketchboard Pro to stand in portrait orientation for righties and lefties.
How do the speakers sound while using Sketchboard?
The sound from the iPad speakers while installed in the Sketchboard Pro is just as terrific. There is only subtle decline in volume.
Can I still use the iPad camera?
Both front and back cameras can be used while the iPad is in the Sketchboard Pro.
Do you support other tablets like Microsoft Surface?
Not at this time, but we are open to supporting other tablets if there is demand. The Sketchboard Pro was born from necessity and since our studio uses iPads we developed for iPad first.
